What you'll do

Align project-specific designs with the overall application architecture roadmap.
Support project and product teams on functional and technical design activities.
Define interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems to optimize functional coverage.
Act as a subject matter expert for products requiring integration into the application.
Create prototypes to support application and product feature design.
Configure applications and manage development platforms using languages like Java, C#, or Ruby.
Manage cluster health and monitor distributed node environments using tools like Ambari or Nagios.
Automate configurations and security protocols using tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of IT experience, a Technical Certification with 7 years of IT experience, or 9 years of IT experience.
Experience in application and/or product feature design and application configuration.
Experience in application development platforms and languages including HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.Net, PHP, Ruby, or C#.
Experience in cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS) and DevOps tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, or Jira.
Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS) and solution architecture.
Experience in iterative, agile, or scrum development methodologies.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix, command-line operations, and shell scripting (preferred).
Practical knowledge of Hadoop architecture, HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, and tools like Spark or Hive (preferred).
