What you'll do

Build and refine scalable dashboards and data products for non-technical retail users.
Develop a centralized hub of canonical dashboards and AI-driven conversational data tools.
Create a semantic layer to support multi-year improvements in site selection, staffing, and scheduling.
Design tools that integrate seamlessly into the daily workflows of retail operations teams.
Build and maintain analytics pipelines for modeling, analysis, and reporting in production environments.
Translate abstract business requirements into clear, actionable data products.
Develop reusable data visualization assets to enhance the reporting experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience building analytics pipelines in a production development environment for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
6+ years of experience coding in SQL or PySpark and Python.
6+ years of experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker with hundreds of users.
Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate cross-functionally to distill abstract requirements into clear data products.
Experience building analytics pipelines using Snowflake SQL or PySpark and tools like Airflow and dbt (preferred).
3+ years of experience managing semantic layers in tools like Cube, dbt, Snowflake, or LookML (preferred).
3+ years of experience developing reusable visualization assets, working with retail data, or holding a Master's degree (preferred).
