Senior Analyst, CAF Technical Support and Reporting

What you'll do

• Resolve complex IT system operations tickets and provide technical support for end-users.
• Extract data using code and translate key metrics into standardized reports and dashboards.
• Perform root cause analysis across multiple applications to identify short and long-term solutions.
• Lead the planning, development, testing, and implementation of IT systems applications.
• Develop functional specifications and perform module configuration and data conversion.
• Mentor junior analysts on their daily duties and understanding of company systems.
• Evaluate the ROI of business requests to balance operational needs with execution effort.
• Act as a subject matter expert for system enhancements and visual reporting frameworks.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field of study is preferred.
• Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in a technical or support role.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server scripting, data models, and relational database design is required.
• Experience with SQL Transmitter, DB artesian, Teradata, and database schemas is required.
• Skills in data migration, scripting, security compliance, and data storage solutions are required.
• Ability to perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot basic to complex system challenges.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and lead reporting and dashboard efforts.
