  • Solid understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle for Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven leadership in creating context diagrams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira and R4J for managing requirements and delivery work.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and apply AI skills to improve automation and efficiency.
  • Experience partnering with diverse teams including BSA, IT, and business analysts.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing the complete requirements lifecycle from idea through implementation.
