Specialist, Software Configuration Management

What you'll do

• Lead and maintain Configuration Management processes for mission software, algorithms, and cloud environments throughout their lifecycle.
• Establish and control software baselines including versioning, revision history, release packages, and traceability.
• Coordinate and manage controlled software and algorithm deliveries into development, operational test, and mission environments.
• Develop and administer test governance processes including entry/exit criteria, readiness checks, and discrepancy tracking.
• Facilitate Configuration Control Boards and other decision forums for release readiness and test reviews.
• Use GitLab and Atlassian tools to manage configuration records, change requests, and release artifacts.
• Plan and integrate automation scripts to support secure release workflows and synchronization processes.
• Configure and support Linux and Windows environments related to configuration management workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Ability to obtain CompTIA Security Plus or Department of Defense Information Assurance Technical Level Two certification within ninety days.
• Substantive experience using Atlassian tools, GitLab, and Amazon Web Services environments (preferred).
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins or Artifactory (preferred).
• Familiarity with SQL or relational databases (preferred).
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages (preferred).
• Security clearance.
