What you'll do

  • Provide automation system support to ensure reliable and compliant manufacturing of vaccine products.
  • Design, implement, test, and close out change controls for automation-related corrective actions and improvements.
  • Lead investigations into automation incidents and problems to prevent recurrence by developing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and trends to recommend new solutions for adoption.
  • Build relationships with functional counterparts and stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve technical issues.

What we're looking for

  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 2 years of experience (or High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in GMP Manufacturing - pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
  • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration
  • Experience with computer system validation and regulatory GXP requirements
  • Technical expertise in DeltaV DCS, Allen-Bradley PLC, SCADA, HMI ASi/Field/Profibus or related technologies
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Spotfire or PowerBI
  • Ability to troubleshoot and implement process control changes compliant with SDLC and GMP regulations
