Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Define clear and actionable requirements by partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop key artifacts such as user stories, process flows, and data mappings for project documentation.
• Support testing activities including UAT to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements.
• Identify risks, gaps, and data issues proactively and drive timely resolution.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and functional solution design.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience creating documentation for user stories, process flows, and data mappings.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience analyzing data flows, integrations, and end-to-end data mapping across systems.
