As a Solutions Engineering Manager in Austin, you will lead and grow a team of technical Solutions Engineers responsible for integrating partners and enterprise customers with our global money movement platform. Your day-to-day involves managing direct reports, driving high-quality integrations, and collaborating closely with Product Engineering teams to influence product development based on customer needs. You will ensure that integrations leverage APIs for global accounts, payouts, FX, and compliance, while also advocating for better APIs, reliability, and developer experience. Ideal candidates have over 6 years of solutions engineering experience and at least 3 years of leadership in similar roles, with strong technical depth in APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms. This role is crucial in shaping the future of a platform designed to make cross-border money movement faster, cheaper, more transparent, and effortless for customers and partners worldwide.
Manage and coach a team of Solutions Engineers to achieve high-quality integrations.
Define clear goals for the team that align with Wise Platform’s objectives.
Work closely with Product Engineering teams to influence product development based on partner needs.
Guide customers through technical discovery, solution design, build, test, and launch processes.
Ensure efficient customer onboarding by removing blockers and improving process efficiency.
What we're looking for
