Solutions Engineer, CorporateOS

What you'll do

• Design and develop solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining scope and timelines.
• Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems into the company's infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and support on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes at manufacturing companies, preferably in Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven ability to lead complex system-centric projects from conception to completion independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
• Experience as a sole administrator for project execution without significant external support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple departments and teams.
