What you'll do

Design and develop solutions to meet business requirements of the organization.

Provide guidance and support on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes at manufacturing companies, preferably in Aerospace & Defense.
Proven ability to lead complex system-centric projects from conception to completion independently.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
Experience as a sole administrator for project execution without heavy reliance on external resources.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple cross-functional teams.
