What you'll do

  • Design and govern integrations between Coupa/Guided Buy and other systems like ERP and finance.
  • Define scalable architectural patterns for APIs, event-based integrations, data flows, and platform extensions.
  • Establish AI governance practices including design reviews and risk assessments for AI agents and models.
  • Mentor engineers on architecture principles, integration patterns, and AI solution design.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to procurement, finance, audit, security, IT, and external partners.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in delivering enterprise-scale business applications.
  • Proven ability to design and govern complex application ecosystems using SDLC processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Guided Buy, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, ETL, event-driven architectures, and ERP integrations.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, and automation patterns in enterprise workflows.
  • Experience working within agile product teams supporting backlog refinement and sprint execution.
