What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in C/C++ and Linux systems software development.
  • Deep expertise in coherent optics, grey optics, PHY/SerDes, FEC, ASIC/NPU, and DSP-based systems.
  • Proven leadership in architecture, design, debugging, and delivery of complex cross-functional software programs.
  • Strong knowledge of optical standards such as CMIS/SFF and high-speed Ethernet technologies (400G, 800G, 1.6T).
  • Experience with Cisco Silicon One or equivalent NPU architecture and distributed NOS platforms like IOS-XR, SONiC, FBOSS.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for software design and engineering productivity.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor senior engineers in a collaborative environment.
