What you'll do

Serve as a technical focal point for customer solutions, translating real-world constraints into scalable designs.

Apply hyper-scale operational best practices to improve mean time to detect and resolve issues in production.
Develop Python-based tools for parsing, correlating, and visualizing operational data using AI/ML where appropriate.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree + 7 years or Master’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience in networking.
Expertise with routing and switching technologies in production environments.
Proficient Python programming skills for automation and troubleshooting tools.
Experience working with structured data, operational telemetry, and time-series analysis.
Knowledge of AI-assisted tools and safe use of GenAI or LLM-based APIs in operations.
