What you'll do

  • Configure and maintain Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for voice infrastructure.

  • Plan and execute maintenance activities without disrupting customer traffic flow.

  • Apply AI/ML tools to voice operations for predictive alerting and intelligent capacity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with voice stack standards like E911 and CALEA across regions.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years experience supporting large-scale voice infrastructure in public clouds.
  • Expertise in real-time communications, SIP trunking, and codec negotiations at scale.
  • Proven ability to operate a 24/7 voice system with high availability (4+ 9s).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills for voice-related issues including QoS and call drops.
