What you'll do

Lead and participate in Research and Development (R&D) activities for software solutions.
Identify and implement innovative software engineering approaches for Intelligence and Homeland Security missions.
Represent the division for IR&D projects to implement best practices for efficient software engineering.
Drive innovation into new and existing programs using modern technologies and tools.
Collaborate with programs to introduce innovative solutions and alleviate specific program challenges.
Define software engineering solutions using DevSecOps pipelines, software factories, and low-code/no-code development.
Work across the division to analyze program performance and objectives to meet customer missions.

What we're looking for

US citizenship is required.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of hire.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.
An active Polygraph clearance is strongly preferred.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required.
15+ years of related experience is required.
Experience delivering software solutions in restricted spaces is required.
Proficiency in Agile development, DevSecOps pipelines, and software factory experience is required.
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Java, or similar languages is required.
Experience with low-code and no-code development is required.
