What you'll do

Manage and coach teams of engineers and engineering managers to build high-quality capabilities with modern technology.
Ensure adherence to Wells Fargo’s Banking Platform Architecture and non-functional requirements in each release.
Partner with architects and experienced engineers to incorporate technical strategies and enable application migration paths.
Identify and recommend solutions for escalated resolution of technology roadblocks, managing overall software development cycle and security standards.
Act as an escalation partner for scrum masters and teams to remove impediments and encourage continual improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners to drive user satisfaction and influence technology requirements in the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

7+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent
6+ years leading complex technology initiatives with broad impact
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, multiple programming languages, and Kubernetes
Proficiency in code sign tools, source code management, and scanning/build tools
Expertise in API test automation and modern software application deployment tools
Experience managing deployments to various cloud environments including Azure and Google Cloud
Strong skills in automated testing frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
