What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent
  • 3+ years working in large enterprise environments
  • 3+ years of Agile management experience
  • Experience managing geographically diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies
  • 1+ year experience using AI tools for efficient business value delivery
  • Knowledge of secure, governed enterprise architectures for Agentic AI
