As a Senior Software Engineering Manager at PNC’s Technology organization, you will lead an enterprise sanctions screening and AML technology team responsible for LexisNexis Risk Solutions (FircoSoft) platforms that support real-time payments screening, politically exposed persons (PEP), and customer/watchlist screening in a Tier 1 banking environment. Your daily tasks include owning the architecture, roadmap, and operations of FircoSoft platforms, optimizing real-time transaction screening for high-volume payment flows, governing watchlist ingestion, and ensuring regulatory readiness through full audit trails and decision traceability. You will also manage system integrations with payments platforms, onboarding/KYC systems, and workflow tools while partnering closely with AML Compliance, Sanctions Advisory, Payments, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years of experience in AML/Financial Crime technology leadership within large US banks, hands-on experience with FircoSoft implementations, and a deep understanding of sanctions compliance (OFAC) and AML screening data. Preferred skills include Actimize transaction monitoring, WorkFusion intelligent automation platforms, and cloud deployment expertise.
