What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field plus 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in Software Architecture, Leadership, Design, and Test (preferred).
Demonstrated success leading the software development life cycle (preferred).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (preferred).
Commitment to ongoing professional development and identifying AI opportunities (preferred).
