What you'll do

Develop Python-based services, agents, and tooling to support AI workflows and automation.
Design and prototype agentic AI patterns including reasoning agents and retrieval pipelines.
Perform backend engineering tasks such as API development and orchestration logic.
Build, configure, and test AI workflows on Kubernetes and vector databases.
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
Document designs, experiments, and engineering findings in clear artifacts.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as requests, pydantic, pandas, or asyncio.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, debugging, and testing.
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems.
Experience with AI/ML libraries (OpenAI SDK, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar) (preferred).
Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native environments, vector databases, or distributed systems (preferred).
