What you'll do

  • Lead major incident response for high-impact events, ensuring rapid resolution.
  • Provide technical leadership in production support by serving as an escalation point.
  • Drive root cause analysis to eliminate repeat issues through permanent solutions.
  • Define and evolve reliability strategy across availability, resiliency, and performance.
  • Modernize operations with advanced monitoring tools to enable proactive detection.
  • Oversee change governance to ensure fast and safe deployments while reducing defects.
  • Manage distributed teams supporting critical systems in a 24x7 global operation.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of related technical experience in Production Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Proven leadership with at least 5 years of management experience in high-impact teams.
  • Deep expertise in incident, problem, and change management within complex IT environments.
  • Track record of improving operational metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and system health.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for influencing engineering strategy.
  • Experience with key technologies including Linux/Windows, Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.
  • Passion for building reliable, scalable, customer-centric platforms through automation and observability.
