What you'll do

  • Define and evolve reliability strategy across availability, resiliency, and performance.
  • Advance observability with best-in-class monitoring tools like Dynatrace and BigPanda.
  • Oversee change and release governance to enable fast and safe deployments.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of related technical experience in Production Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Proven leadership with at least 5 years of management experience in high-impact teams.
  • Deep expertise in incident, problem, and change management within complex IT environments.
  • Strong track record of improving operational metrics and leading high-performing teams.
  • Passion for building reliable, scalable, customer-centric platforms and systems.
  • Experience with OCP (Linux/Windows), MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, MQ, Kafka.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills for influencing engineering strategy.
