What you'll do

  • Implement and manage software using modern CI/CD pipelines within Linux environments.
  • Create interdisciplinary software solutions to automate recurring tasks and streamline manufacturing workflows.
  • Refactor existing tools and processes to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the full software lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Build data-driven systems to ensure procedure traceability and reduce risk during hazardous operations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science, or 1+ years of professional experience coding in an object-oriented language.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with physical systems and hardware such as RTDs, pressure transducers, and other common aerospace instrumentation (preferred).
  • Strong skills in developing strategies to collect and use large amounts of data using SQL, databases, and related tools (preferred).
  • Experience working in Linux environments including shell scripting, system administration, and deploying applications on Linux-based systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with networking technology, concepts, protocols, and infrastructure (preferred).
  • Strong competency in software development practices including testing, continuous integration, and modern deployment workflows (preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
