What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors.
Manage ETL pipelines to move data between Workday, payroll systems, and vendor applications.
Oversee application governance including certificate renewals, vulnerability remediation, and audit compliance.
Implement secure file transmissions via SFTP, HTTPS, and AS2 while managing data mappings and transformations.
Monitor system performance using Dynatrace and BigPanda to detect anomalies and reduce mean time to repair.
Author and maintain JCL jobs on the mainframe to schedule, run, and optimize batch processing.
Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and peer mentoring for complex production issues.
Coordinate incident and change management tasks using Jira and ServiceNow within an Agile framework.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
3+ years of experience in software engineering or integration engineering with ownership of production integrations and ETL processes.
Strong experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem.
Proficiency in ETL design, data modeling, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or BigPanda for alerting, dashboards, and incident response.
Working knowledge of access management, data security, encryption, and secure file transfers (SFTP/HTTPS/AS2).
Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and technical documentation.
Workday certifications, Oracle SQL experience, and Mainframe/JCL skills are preferred.
