What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications within TeamConnect.
Build and support integrations between TeamConnect and external systems using RESTful APIs.
Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Create and enhance frontend components using React JS for usability and performance.
Write and optimize SQL Server queries to ensure data integrity and functionality.

What we're looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development.
Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring, React JS, and UI/UX principles.
Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
Strong background in supporting TeamConnect (Mitratech) in a legal environment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of database integration and relational/NoSQL systems.
Leadership skills for mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
