Software Engineer, Machine Learning Platform

What you'll do

• Build a world-class ML platform for seamless model development, training, and deployment.
• Develop high-performance pipelines to handle new technologies and modeling approaches.
• Design infrastructure solutions to store trillions of feature values and power billions of daily predictions.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and observability of training and inference infrastructure.
• Drive the strategic direction for the centralized machine learning platform.
• Evolve the ML platform to meet specific use cases for Data Scientists and Product Engineers.

What we're looking for

• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Exceptionally strong knowledge of CS fundamental concepts and OOP languages.
• 2+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
• Prior experience building machine learning systems in production, such as enabling data analytics at scale.
• Prior experience developing and deploying your own models, even as simple proof of concepts.
• Experience building infrastructure in a cloud computing environment, specifically data processing or distributed systems (preferred).
• Experience with real-time computing challenges (preferred).
• Familiarity with Python ML libraries, deep learning frameworks, Spark, Databricks, MLFlow, Airflow, Dagster, and LLMs (preferred).
