What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design expertise.
Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, distributed systems.
Experience building and operating solutions in Microsoft Azure environments.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools like Codex or GitHub Copilot.
Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as C#, Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines including Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Experience with rolling out AI-assisted tools at scale, Azure certifications, Infrastructure as Code, or working in regulated environments (preferred).
