Software Engineer III, Model Review Governance Risk, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Manage the lifecycle of MRGR servers and technology assets while coordinating compliance with technology partners.
• Drive process engineering and software development specifically for model risk technology.
• Develop tools to automate data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Coordinate data quality, entitlement governance, and access management initiatives.
• Build intelligent solutions to address opportunities in MRGR data governance.
• Assist in the project management and coordination of regulatory deliverables.
• Build independent testing and efficiency tools to support model reviewers and governance teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with significant exposure to computer programming.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance or analytics platform development.
• Proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC practices.
• Strong communication skills to partner across functional areas.
• Risk and control mindset with critical thinking and solution design skills.
• Familiarity with data governance and records management concepts (preferred).
• Exposure to entitlement management, access governance, and role-based access control frameworks (preferred).
• Experience with large data sets, data quality controls, and governed reporting (preferred).
