What you'll do

What we're looking for

2+ years of professional experience building and shipping web applications in full-stack development or back-end services.
Solid understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with SQL and at least one production database.
Ability to take ownership of ambiguous feature requests and turn them into working, tested code with limited oversight.
Great communication and organizational skills with a history of thriving in team environments.
Familiarity with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, React, Sidekiq, and SQL/NoSQL databases (preferred).
Previous experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or other data lake solutions (preferred).
Experience working on a high-scale, high-throughput system (preferred).
