What you'll do

  • Design and operate production-grade systems using real-time signals and AI-driven detection to improve streaming platform health.
  • Build and scale agentic AI systems powered by foundation models for automated reasoning, decisioning, and anomaly detection.
  • Develop end-to-end data pipelines that transform telemetry, logs, and user signals into actionable insights and root cause analysis.
  • Create and deploy scalable APIs and services to deliver predictive signals and explainability to engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Build infrastructure visibility and compliance enforcement systems to aggregate resource data and prevent non-compliant deployments.
  • Embed AI intelligence into operational workflows such as incident response, release validation, and customer insights.
  • Drive innovation in observability and developer productivity through the application of new AI technologies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of applicable experience in backend development, including building AI-powered or data-driven applications and scalable APIs.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture to inform infrastructure measurement for reliability and compliance.
  • Practical experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in agentic workflows using LangChain/LangGraph or traditional ML with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
  • Experience with modern development practices including GitHub, Docker, and AWS/EKS cloud-native deployments.
  • Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and standard SDLC workflows.
  • Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Grafana), large-scale data platforms (PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake), or prompt engineering (preferred).
