As a Software Engineer I, you will join the team to provide best in class technology solutions for the enterprise. You will engage in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, designing, testing, documenting, and implementing software. Your daily responsibilities involve designing and coding complex technical solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and conducting systems analysis to improve operations. You will also participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and review teammate code. The role requires proficiency in languages such as Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, Apex, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, or Python. You must also possess experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development, and Salesforce Data 360 for data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and activation.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex application and system technical problems through troubleshooting.
  • Conduct complex systems analysis to recommend changes in policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and install complex solutions by designing system specifications and programming standards.
  • Review teammates' code and participate in design reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers and peer engineers.
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with compliance policies.
  • Support the full software systems and application development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • 4 years of software development experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding within a specific discipline(s)/technology(s) (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle to include leading code/design reviews (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of one or more of the following: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, Apex, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python.
  • Experience supporting efforts to address production issues through troubleshooting applications and systems.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Data 360 (or Salesforce Data Cloud), including data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and activation.
