What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, Flows, OmniStudio, and Lightning Components.
  • Configure Salesforce functionality and build custom workflows to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs and various integration platforms.
  • Develop and execute unit tests while supporting integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, production defects, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Maintain technical tasks, user stories, and configuration documentation in Azure DevOps.
  • Support CI/CD processes and follow established software development lifecycle standards.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, or OmniStudio.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; Health Cloud experience is a plus (preferred).
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, or connected enterprise applications; MuleSoft experience is a plus (preferred).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and understanding modern AI concepts like LLMs and RAG.
  • Successful completion of Humana's AI skills assessment.
