What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, Flows, OmniStudio, and Lightning Components.
  • Build custom workflows, automations, and platform-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs and integration platforms.
  • Execute unit tests, troubleshoot production defects, and perform root cause analysis for system issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog refinement.
  • Maintain technical documentation, user stories, and development activities within Azure DevOps.
  • Support CI/CD processes and follow established engineering standards and security requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, or OmniStudio.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, or connected enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for development productivity and understanding of modern AI concepts like LLMs and RAG.
  • Successful completion of Humana's AI skills assessment.
  • Salesforce Certified Associate, Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification (preferred); experience with Health Cloud (preferred).
