What you'll do

Design and develop cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
Manage cross-functional teams including software, quality, reliability engineers, and project managers.
Mentor and coach junior and senior software, quality, and reliability engineers.
Ensure compliance with secure software development guidelines and meet DevSec and FinOps KPIs.
Define and report on SLA, SLO, and SLI metrics in partnership with product teams.
Create technical documentation including support guides, end-user manuals, and run books.
Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and other core agile team activities.
Perform R&D and prototyping for cloud-native solutions using Jenkins CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Seven years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation if holding a Bachelor's degree.
Five years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation if holding a Master's degree.
Proficiency in writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML.
Experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and designing/developing cloud-native solutions and microservices.
Experience deploying software via Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and understanding infrastructure-as-code, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
Proficiency in at least four specific technical tools such as Python, Go, Kubernetes, Cassandra, or Postgres.
