Software Engineer, G&A Solutions Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop and support EHS programs within the enablon platform to manage data and reporting.
• Design system architectures and technical solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Configure existing EHS systems to align with internal business processes.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to resolve bugs and enhance APIs.
• Create user metrics, reports, and dashboards for the global EHS team.
• Utilize NABSIC coding to develop and customize enablon features.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with enablon implementation.
• Technical knowledge of the NABSIC coding language is required.
• A BA/BS in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies is required.
• Proficiency in enablon configuration and customization capabilities is required.
• Domain expertise in incident management, chemical management, risk management, and compliance is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
