What you'll do

Implement and manage authentication controls, federation, identity governance, and privileged access across Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Active Directory, and Duo.
Configure and administer Okta integrations, including application SSO, sign-on policies, MFA authenticators, and Identity Provider federation.
Perform identity lifecycle operations including provisioning, group management, role assignments, and access troubleshooting for a large enterprise user population.
Debug and address software issues in production systems, specifically for FedRAMP environment customers.
Manage identity services across commercial and Government/FedRAMP boundary tenants to ensure data segregation and security compliance.
Own Duo platform administration, including MFA policy management, Device Trust enforcement, and user onboarding.
Participate in FedRAMP audit activities by gathering and validating IAM control evidence for internal and external reviews.
Perform coding, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the software development process under minimal supervision.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required due to US Government contractual requirements.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience, or Master's plus 3 years, or PhD is required.
Must have working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in the primary technical job family.
Must be proficient with current technologies and the software development lifecycle.
Must be able to implement and manage authentication controls, federation, and identity governance across Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Active Directory, and Duo.
Must be able to manage identity services across commercial and Government/FedRAMP boundary tenants.
Must be able to participate in FedRAMP audit activities by gathering and validating IAM control evidence.
