What you'll do

Design and optimize scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python for build, deployment, and hotfix workflows.
Modernize legacy pipelines by consolidating multiple artifact types into a single standardized containerized image.
Develop multi-repo developer tooling to enable efficient building, testing, and deploying of services.
Build agentic AI systems that autonomously triage incidents, debug failures, and provide automated developer support.
Integrate AI-driven tools into on-call workflows to automate troubleshooting and reduce operational toil.
Manage containerized services using Kubernetes for reliable deployment and orchestration.
Improve platform architecture for reliability and performance while maintaining high standards of code quality and security.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to facilitate rapid, safe deployments.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of industry experience building backend systems.
Proficiency in programming with Java and Python.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
Experience developing AI-driven tools, including agentic systems and LLM frameworks.
Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems principles.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and scalable service architectures.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, build systems, and migrating legacy pipelines.
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering.
