5+ years of experience maintaining and enhancing applications within an Agile environment.
3+ years of experience working with legacy enterprise systems and distributed or microservices architectures.
Experience with web, API, or ETL components in modern, cloud-based, or containerized environments.
Experience with distributed messaging or data-processing frameworks like RabbitMQ, Redis, Celery, or Kafka.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools including GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in technical management, a Master's degree and 5+ years of experience, or 12+ years of experience without a degree.
Experience with Angular, .NET C#, Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, search indexing, cloud platforms, or AI-driven pipelines (preferred).
