What you'll do

Design, implement, test, debug, and document software components for edge and cloud applications.
Develop C++20 systems software, Go cloud services, installers, and integration tests.
Write comprehensive unit, contract, integration, boundary, restart, and negative tests.
Diagnose system behavior across cloud, Linux, Windows, database, and network boundaries.
Manage sensitive data including credentials, signing material, and other secure information.
Update protobuf contracts, migrations, build configurations, runbooks, and test evidence.
Participate in code reviews and explain all code produced with AI assistance.

What we're looking for

Must have 2+ years of experience with programming languages including Go, C++, or Python.
Must possess experience with OpenSSL, TLS/mTLS, public-key enrollment, certificates, or secure protocol design.
Must have experience with system service managers, cross-platform installers, and development for non-host processor architectures.
Must have experience with SQLite, encrypted local databases, or cloud-hosted SQL databases.
Must have experience with secure software update systems, signed manifests, and package verification.
Must have experience with distributed job state, IoT/edge systems, telemetry, or intermittent networking.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.
