What you'll do

Deliver high-quality software including requirements, design, code, tests, and documentation for the intelligence platform.
Perform 80-95% hands-on coding using AI-driven development tools and agents to produce production-ready code.
Build AI-native features such as agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling integrations.
Conduct peer reviews of estimates, designs, and code while evaluating AI features through automated tests and golden datasets.
Resolve defects and bugs across all environments using logs, metrics, and traces to investigate issues.
Monitor launched features using instrumentation and customer signals to ensure expected outcomes are met.
Work cross-functionally with product management, design, and AI scientists to drive results.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience developing software applications or services.
Strong coding skills in one or more object-oriented languages: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent frameworks.
Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents as part of a daily workflow.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), web services (REST/JSON), and API integrations.
Understanding of unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD).
Working knowledge of SQL and data fundamentals; exposure to Spark or Kafka (preferred).
