What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in product development or related field
Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence
Expertise in incident management, including rapid detection and resolution of service issues
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and organizational boundaries
Experience driving operational improvements through automation and best practices
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
Extensive knowledge of cloud services, scalability, performance, and security standards
