Software Development Engineer, MultiCloud

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain software, APIs, and tools using Python and Go.
• Build and improve cloud-native services across production and non-production environments.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications and services running on Kubernetes.
• Create automation to reduce manual effort and simplify deployment and platform operations.
• Apply reliability engineering practices to improve system availability, performance, and scalability.
• Use logs, metrics, and traces to monitor system behavior and troubleshoot issues.
• Support infrastructure for AI/ML training, LLM inference, and GPU-based workloads.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.

What we're looking for

• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and experience developing production software, services, tools, or automation.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go (Golang) with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers, including deploying and troubleshooting applications.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation technologies like Terraform or Ansible.
• Understanding of reliability engineering concepts including monitoring, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and capacity planning.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry.
• Working knowledge of distributed system concepts including availability, scalability, networking, fault tolerance, and performance.
• Familiarity with Helm or Kustomize (preferred).
• Familiarity with SQL, Python-based data analysis, dashboards, or reporting tools (plus).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, model inference, or GPU workloads (plus).
