What you'll do

Design and build software for customer terminals to provide fast and reliable internet connectivity.
Develop self-service tools for customers and support teams to detect and resolve technical issues independently.
Implement systems to deliver reliable device health and diagnostics data from the fleet to engineering teams.
Own features end-to-end by designing, implementing, testing, and deploying high-quality code on live hardware.
Debug complex issues spanning hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure for a large-scale production fleet.
Write maintainable code that operates on constrained devices with intermittent connectivity.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control laws.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications.
1+ years of experience with Object Oriented Design.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, Rust, C, Java, or Python.
Experience building software for embedded devices or networked systems (preferred).
