Software Development Engineer L3

What you'll do

• Co-lead the design and development of software infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop sophisticated, stateful web applications by integrating React-based front-ends with backend modular services.
• Engineer production-grade agentic applications that allow AI and human agents to collaborate on complex business problems.
• Lead technical innovation and research regarding emerging data technologies and best practices.
• Mentor a team of engineers through deep-dive code reviews and architectural workshops.
• Translate cross-functional business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the entire data lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects.
• Experience with full-stack development using modern programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex data projects at scale with an understanding of distributed systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes to design and optimize data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence technical decisions and drive team alignment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight timelines.
