JOB TITLE: Software Development Engineer , Inventory Accounting
The Software Development Engineer , Inventory Accounting joins the Inventory Accounting team to design and deliver a scalable, end-to-end platform supporting global commerce logistics operations. This role involves designing and implementing distributed orchestration systems that coordinate across dozens of internal and external services to ensure reliable workflow execution. You will establish AI/ML foundation layers, including knowledge base architectures and intelligent automation frameworks, to accelerate developer productivity. Key responsibilities include owning the design, development, and cross-team collaboration of e-commerce lifecycle systems, spanning requirements definition, financial configuration, and production validation. You will utilize C#, C++, Java, or Perl while applying Object Oriented Design and distributed systems experience. What we're looking for
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control laws.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control (preferred).
