What you'll do

Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers in a fast-moving domain.
Analyze system performance metrics to identify and resolve inefficiencies in current workflows.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
7+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
Experience in supporting mission-critical applications (preferred).
Depth in distributed systems, knowledge representation, and AI/ML engineering (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
