What we're looking for

8+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience in Java and J2EE.

Extensive background in COBOL mainframe development for Medicaid or insurance systems.
Proficiency in developing web services using XML, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs, and JAX-WS.
Experience with Agile methodology and continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
