Software Developer Computer Vision Intelligence Logic

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers specializing in computer vision, AI imaging, and workflow orchestration.
• Set technical direction and coordinate the roadmap for integrating AI-driven image analytics with robotics and sensor fusion.
• Oversee the development of deep learning models for real-time image segmentation, registration, and object tracking.
• Manage state machines and digital representations to model and automate neurovascular procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure safe clinical workflow orchestration and failure detection.
• Manage team priorities, sprint planning, and delivery milestones while removing technical blockers.
• Ensure the team follows DevOps and MLOps best practices throughout the full lifecycle of software and machine learning models.
• Process multi-modal data including x-ray fluoroscopy, CT scans, and robotic sensor data for minimally invasive therapies.

What we're looking for

• You must have a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
• A PhD is preferred.
• You must have 6+ years of experience in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
• You must have prior experience leading or mentoring engineers and/or software developers in a technical lead or management capacity.
• You must have a strong background in computer vision, medical image analysis, and state-of-the-art deep learning methods.
• You must have a strong background in robotics concepts including state estimation, sensor fusion, and control theory.
• You must be proficient in Python and C++/Cuda programming while following DevOps and MLOps best practices.
