What you'll do

Develop embedded software using C, C++, Rust, or other languages in real-time operating system environments.
Develop AWS cloud services to manage the Leo satellite fleet.
Write system applications specifically for satellite commands.
Participate in all phases of software development from requirements through implementation and testing.
Automate mission planning and execution to operate the satellite fleet at scale.
Support satellite operations by working with ground service and satellite agent teams.
Maintain space safety and maximize service availability for satellite internet customers.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
