  • Design and develop high-performance, low-latency microservices focusing on the Smart Order Router.
  • Implement complex routing logic and venue analysis models to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
  • Lead technical design discussions and conduct rigorous code reviews for quality assurance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing frameworks and deployment processes for low-latency systems.
  • Resolve intricate technical challenges by analyzing business requirements and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in high-performance, low-latency software development.
  • Expert-level knowledge in Core Java and JVM internals for low-latency systems.
  • Proven experience designing and developing Smart Order Routers in Equities or similar financial domains.
  • Solid understanding of financial market protocols like FIX and order/market datasets handling.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed system development.
  • Demonstrable experience with modern testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
