SIGINT Network Development Analyst

What you'll do

• Conduct advanced SIGINT/COMINT and Network Development analysis to support criminal investigations.
• Perform Social Network Analysis (SNA) to identify key actors, relationships, and vulnerabilities in criminal networks.
• Support tactical SIGINT operations and geo-location techniques in coordination with investigative personnel.
• Analyze multi-source communications data including telephony, mobile networks, IP-based systems, and social media.
• Create network diagrams, association charts, timelines, and geospatial visualizations to support investigation strategies.
• Design complex analytic workflows using large, heterogeneous datasets to generate actionable intelligence for law enforcement.
• Support lawful intercept and live-collection activities while ensuring compliance with legal and privacy requirements.
• Produce written reports and deliver oral briefings to leadership and law enforcement partners.

What we're looking for

• Must possess an existing Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• 12+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community performing SIGINT, COMINT, and Network Development analysis.
• Expertise in Social Network Analysis (SNA) and target development.
• Proficiency with i2 Analyst Notebook, Penlink PLX, and Gladiator (or IC equivalents).
• Proficiency in Python and notebook-based analysis for automation and data processing.
• Experience with query syntax including Boolean and REGEX for massive dataset querying.
• Proficiency in government-approved geospatial desktop, enterprise, and online capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (preferred).
